How Admin & settings think

Administration lives in one place and stays out of everyone else's way. The activity log answers “who did what, when” across the whole brand; brand settings hold the identity basics — name, logo, content languages; member administration covers invitations, roles, groups, and agents; billing shows your plan and invoices. When a trial ends, the brand goes read-only — everything stays visible and exportable, and picking a plan continues right where you left off.

The license library is governance's quiet workhorse: author a license once — type, territories, validity — assign it to many assets, and let expiry surface itself in the Hub and Analytics before it becomes a problem. All of it is available on every plan.
