Upgrade instantly, pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle. Your data is never removed: if you drop below your member or storage limit, what's there stays, you just can't add more until you're back within the limit.

Everything stays visible and exportable, and you can pick a plan anytime to continue right where you left off — your address (yourbrand.branduals.com) stays reserved for you the whole time. Your data stays exportable for 90 days, and we'll remind you before we remove anything.

Your brand goes read-only at the end of the billing cycle, with everything intact. Because you've been a paying customer, we hold your brand and its address for 12 months, so you can export at your own pace or reactivate right where you left off, same address and all. After that, we send reminders and then remove it.
