How Collections think

A collection is a grouping, not a folder. Files, articles, whole folders — anything can join a collection without moving from where it lives, because membership is a reference, not a copy. The same logo can sit in five collections and remain one file with one history.

Collections are how things leave the building safely: share one by link — with an optional password and expiry, and the ability to turn the link off at any time — download it as a ZIP, or feature it on your public Brand Portal. A rich description turns a collection into a curated, presentable set.
