Record origin and rights

Two questions every asset should be able to answer: where did you come from, and where are you allowed to go? Origin and rights are recorded once and enforced everywhere the file is used.

Record where things came from

1. Set the origin — a person, AI, stock, an agency, a user — with model, prompt, and source where they apply. Set it on many files at once from the selection toolbar.
2. Let the automatic stamps help. Uploads carrying standard AI markers are stamped with their origin automatically, and when an AI agent writes to a file with no origin recorded, it's marked AI-assisted. A signed file with no AI marker is left alone — no false made-with-AI claim is ever stamped.
3. Correct and verify. Anyone with permission can correct an automatic stamp — a person's entry always wins. Marking an AI disclosure as verified is something only people can do, never agents.

Tip: recording origin works on any plan. Content that needs it carries a public “Made with AI” chip on shared and public pages, and the Origin tab shows how many disclosures are required, verified, or missing.

Rights that travel with the file

The Rights tab counts licensed assets, those expiring within thirty and ninety days, and those with no expiry, beside a twelve-month expiry timeline and a table of type, territories, channels, and reference. You get a warning before a licence expires, using the notice period your rules set. Downloading a file whose licence has lapsed warns you first with the details — a rule can block it outright — and public pages simply leave out assets whose licence isn't valid. The Brand Hub flags missing disclosures and licences expiring soon, so neither slips.
