Run a brand check

New uploads are checked the moment they're ready, without anyone remembering to. When you want the whole picture, run a brand check and watch the score come in.

Three sizes of check

1. The whole brand — run it from the Overview page and watch it progress live. This is the only check that records a brand score.
2. One folder or gallery — pick it and everything inside is checked, without touching the brand score.
3. One file, on the spot — from its preview, advisory only; nothing is saved.

Tip: you can cancel a check that's still running. And before anything has been checked, the score stays honestly blank instead of showing a made-up perfect result.

The checks that run themselves

Every new upload is checked automatically once processing finishes, and adopting or creating a rule kicks off an initial check for that rule. Checks are on-upload and on-demand today — there is no recurring schedule — so a periodic brand check is something you run.

Reading the results

Your brand gets a score out of 100, plus a separate score and trend line for each standard. Every asset card carries a small shield showing that file's check status and score. When a check is skipped, the reason is spelled out — no origin recorded, no licence, image analysis unavailable — and the compliance pages refresh themselves as checks finish, with no reloading.
