Set up your brand rules
Write down what “on brand” means once, as rules the platform can actually check — then stop reviewing files by eye.
Start from the gallery, or from scratch
- Adopt a ready-made rule from the suggested gallery — eight starters covering AI disclosure, metadata, colors, captions, licences, prohibited words, and model releases.
- Or write your own, across fifteen check types, naming and describing each one in your team's languages.
- Set how strict it is: a severity from information through blocking, and which standards it counts toward.
- Point it somewhere. One folder or gallery and everything inside it — or everywhere.
Tip: turn a rule off without deleting it; adopting or creating a rule kicks off an initial check for it right away.
What checks can look at
Required tags, descriptions and captions, naming patterns, and file format, size, and dimensions. The text inside images — banned words, missing required disclaimers. What images show — the subjects you require and the ones you prohibit. A color check compares an image's dominant colors against the palette in your Manual, within a tolerance you set. Accessibility checks require alt text per language and a built-in title on documents. Licence checks catch expired licences and assets missing the licence type you require. An AI-disclosure check flags AI-made content whose disclosure hasn't been recorded or verified yet.
Standards
Turn standards on or off — brand guidelines, EU AI Act, WCAG 2.2 AA, GDPR — each scored on its own. Every brand starts with all four on, and switching one off is reversible: it stays as an off card you can switch back on.
