Invite your team

People join with the access they should have — a role at invite time, adjustable anytime after. And inviting isn't an admin-only job: anyone on the team can start one, just by sharing.

Send invitations

  1. Open member administration. Admin → Members.
  2. Invite by email. Add addresses and pick the role each person starts with — Viewer, Contributor, Editor, or Content Manager.
  3. Set an expiry if it's temporary. Agency or contractor access can end on a date you choose.
  4. Send. Invitees get an email; they appear in your members list the moment they accept.

Anyone can invite — you decide who gets in

Any member can share something — a file, a gallery, a guideline — with an outside email address, and that share becomes an invitation to join your brand. The person lands on exactly what was shared once they're in, and the deciding admin picks their access at approval. Invitation is a team gesture; admission stays yours.

Or let people come to you

Your brand can also accept join requests — and requests from your company's own email domain can be approved automatically, so colleagues get in without anyone lifting a finger. Prefer a closed door? Invite-only is the default.

Tip: roles aren't forever — you can change anyone's role, pause a member without removing them, or hand ownership to someone else later.
