Your first workflow

The canonical flow is Selection → Review → Campaign: narrow many options down to winners, get them formally approved, then plan the work that uses them.

Run the flow once

1. Start a selection round. In Selects, add the candidate assets, invite voters, set a deadline — then let everyone pick and rate in the full-screen viewer.
2. Close with winners. When the deadline passes the round closes itself and surfaces the winners (or close it early yourself).
3. Send winners to Review. One click moves them in front of your approvers, who approve, request changes, or reject — every decision kept, pinned to the exact version.
4. Build the campaign. Create a campaign, write the brief, and attach the approved files from Drive or Media; hand deliverables to your team with due dates.

Tip: each step leaves a record on purpose — a year from now, "why did we pick this one, and who approved it?" has a documented answer.
