Generate a report

Insights writes plain-language reports about how your brand is being run, built from your own numbers. Ask for one, carry on working, and a bell tells you when it's ready.

Ask for a report

1. Open Generate report on the Insights page and pick one of the four: Monthly report, Usage & impact, Governance & risk, or Brand evolution.
2. Carry on. Generation runs in the background over minutes — the page shows Queued, then Generating, and refreshes itself when the report lands. You can leave and come back.
3. Read the bell. A notification tells you your report is ready and opens it.

Tip: each report is written in the language you were using when you asked for it — a colleague working in German gets a German report.

Again, or differently

Regenerate rewrites the same report type from current data — and appends it; the previous report stays in your history. If generation fails, you get a plain-language reason and a Try again button, with your data untouched. Reports are on demand today: you ask, it writes.
