The whole module at a glance — and straight answers to the questions that only come up at the worst moment.
The four reports
Report
What it covers
Looks back
Monthly report
Overall score, five sub-scores, movement since last time, up to three recommendations. Always available.
The last month
Usage & impact
Adoption, what your team actually uses, what sits unused, where searches come up empty
About six months
Governance & risk
Open issues by severity, compliance movement, licences expiring soon, missing AI disclosures, approval speed
About six months
Brand evolution
Where content effort went, heavily edited items, reorganisations, who contributed
About six months
The three deep-dive reports appear when your plan includes Insights; the monthly report is
on every plan.
Scores and floors
Thing
Rule
Sub-scores
Adoption · Findability · Governance · Freshness · Rights — platform-computed; the AI writes around them and may not invent, adjust, or estimate any number
Findability
Blank until at least ten searches in the period
Freshness
Content counts as stale after a full year without an edit or new upload
Overall score
Averages only the sub-scores that have data — a missing one never counts against you
Approval speed
Reported only with at least five closed reviews in the period; below that the report says so
Limits, languages, permissions
Thing
Value
Same report type again
After ten minutes from the last successful run — a failed report can be retried at once
Per brand
Up to forty reports per calendar month across all types; one report of a given type generating at a time
Languages
Any of the seven interface languages — written in the language you were using when you asked
Seeing and generating
The View Insights permission (Analysts, Admins, and Owners have it)
History
Kept for good, never trimmed; loads twenty at a time
What happens when… people come and go
When…
What happens
Someone was deactivated mid-month
The activity they generated still counts in the period; the Adoption denominator counts members active at the moment the report is written — and that count is frozen into the stored report.
Someone deletes their whole account
The reports they generated stay; only the stored link to their account is cleared. Reports never show a requester in the app anyway. A name already written into a report's prose is not rewritten — a known open refinement.
AI agents are active in your brand
Agent activity counts toward Adoption — and the scorecard's How-it's-computed popover and the Adoption evidence chips disclose it.
What happens when… time passes or content moves
When…
What happens
You open a report from last year
You see last year's numbers exactly as written — reports are stored, never recomputed. Regenerate writes a new one; it never refreshes the old.
You regenerate
A new report is appended; the previous one stays in history. Every attempt counts toward the monthly forty.
A report sits on “generating” for ages
It isn't lost, but it isn't freed fast either — a stuck report is marked failed and its slot reopened by a sweep that runs about once a day. Late results are discarded.
You trash an asset
Depends on the count: the monthly Freshness population keeps it until it's purged, while Brand evolution's file-volume counts drop it immediately.
Your plan changes away from Insights
Deep-dive reports already generated are hidden, never deleted — they reappear if the plan regains it. Monthly reports stay visible throughout.
Your subscription lapses
Nothing is deleted; a lapsed brand can still generate a monthly report by hand.
You switch your working language
Older reports keep the language they were written in; a language chip marks the difference.
What happens when… AI agents and notifications are involved
When…
What happens
An agent wants your reports
With the insights read scope it can list reports, open one, and queue a new one — under the same permission, cooldown, and monthly cap as a person. There's no separate write scope.
A report is ready
The person who asked for it gets one in-app bell that opens the Insights page. No insight report is ever emailed.
You look for campaign numbers in a report
Not today — reports read usage, governance, and content history; campaign performance lives on the campaign's own Performance tab.
