Read a report

A report reads like a consultant's memo — what shifted, what's working, where governance is slipping — with the difference that every claim is pinned to a number you can open.

The shape of a report

  1. The Monthly report gives an overall score, five sub-scores, movement since last time, and up to three recommendations.
  2. Usage & impact groups failed searches and suggests causes: a tagging gap, a wording mismatch, or genuinely missing content.
  3. Governance & risk covers open issues by severity, compliance movement, licences expiring soon, missing AI disclosures, and approval speed. Brand evolution tells the change-over-time story: where content effort went, heavily edited items, reorganisations, and who contributed.

What a report will never claim

No hours or money saved. No tying your assets to sales figures. Nothing about how the market sees your brand — reports describe how your brand is run on the platform, not how it's perceived. Causes are offered as hypotheses to review, and every report is labelled a draft to check before sharing. Nothing is called “never used”: a report says there was no recorded activity within the stated period.
