Invite the voters

Three seats at the table: curators run the round, voters decide it, observers follow along and comment — and if seniority should count, weights make it count openly.

Build the panel

1. Add teammates as curators, voters, or observers. Observers see everything and can comment, but never vote.
2. Weight the votes, if you want. With weighted voting on, give each voter a weight from 1 to 10 — a senior art director's ballot can honestly outweigh an intern's.
3. Adjust as you go. Change someone's role or weight at any point before the round closes.

Tip: sharing the round with someone adds them as an observer — the universal Share button works here like everywhere else. And whoever created the round is always a participant; they can never be removed from their own vote.

What gets recorded

Roles and weights freeze when the round closes, so the recorded result can never quietly shift afterwards. People get a notification when you add them, when voting opens, and when the round closes — enough to keep the panel moving without nagging anyone.
