Hand off the winners

A closed round isn't a screenshot in someone's chat — the winners move on as first-class work, and everything they become traces back to the vote.

Where winners can go

1. To Reviews — send the winners in for sign-off, on plans that include Reviews. The review inherits the round's name.
2. Into a campaign — start a new campaign from the winners, or attach them to one you already have, on plans that include Campaigns.
3. Into a collection or Drive — export the winners into a new collection to share or publish them, or move the winning files into any Drive folder you choose.
4. Into round two — start a second round from the winners to narrow a shortlist down further.

Tip: handoff buttons only appear for the people who can actually use them — no dead ends. And reviews or campaigns started from a round link back to it, so any decision traces to its votes.

Take the record with you

Download the whole decision record of a closed round as a spreadsheet for people or a data file for tools: each candidate, its rank, and every voter's vote, rating, label, weight, and timestamp. The proof of how the call was made leaves the building with the call itself.
