Find what's used and what isn't

Half of most brand libraries is never opened. The Content tab shows you which half — honestly, with the date your history begins stated on every list.

Audit the library

  1. Open the Content tab. It counts every live file and article, and how many have any recorded view or download.
  2. Pick an unused window — 30, 90, 180, or 365 days — to list live content nobody touched in that time. The audit is on by default for everyone who can see analytics.
  3. Choose whose activity counts: everyone, people only, or AI agents only.

Tip: every list states the date your recorded history begins, so nothing is ever called unused beyond what was measured.

Drill into one item

Click any ranked row to jump to the item itself, or open its engagement panel for a day-by-day history broken down by kind — opened, previewed, downloaded, shared, bookmarked. A bulk download counts as one download gesture, and every file inside it still shows up individually.

Used versus merely stored

Asset reuse shows how many of your assets are genuinely placed somewhere — articles, galleries, collections, campaigns, selections, reviews. A file sitting only in a storage folder doesn't count as in use; reuse means it's actually doing a job.
