Read the dashboard

Nothing to switch on, no tags to add, no tracking code to install — activity is recorded as people work, and the dashboard reads it back with the math shown.

Start with the headline

  1. Pick the period. The last 7, 30, or 90 days, all time, or your own date range — every number on the page follows it.
  2. Read the six headline numbers: events, downloads, item views, searches, active members, uploads.
  3. Open any section's info popover to see exactly what the number counts and what it leaves out. Every section has one.

Popular and Trending

Popular items ranks what your team actually uses, weighing downloads and shares far more heavily than casual views. Trending now ranks what's picking up momentum, counting recent activity more than older. An item needs at least three interactions before it can appear in either — no rankings off one click — and both count people and portal visitors only, so AI-agent automation can never inflate them. The same two lists ride your home dashboard as tiles, next to an activity sparkline.

The rest of the page

Traffic sources lists the outside websites that sent people to your brand, ignoring your own domain. Module adoption shows where activity actually happens across your brand's spaces. Most read articles ranks your guidelines by opens. A Public portal tab reports daily visitors, page views, collection opens, article reads, and downloads for your public site — and says plainly that your own team's visits count there too. Each section loads on its own, so one slow panel never blocks the rest.

Tip: when unused assets, empty searches, stalled reviews, or licence risk pile up, the Brand Hub raises it as something to act on — you don't have to come looking.
