Fix searches that find nothing

When people look for something forty times and find nothing, that's not a search problem — it's a content to-do list, and the Findability tab writes it for you.

Read the gaps

1. Content gaps lists the searches that came back empty — what people looked for and could not find.
2. Found, but not opened lists searches that returned results nobody opened — the softer sign of a near miss.
3. Top searches shows the words your team searches most, alongside how often those searches found something.

Tip: the search success rate stays hidden until there are at least ten searches in the period — a handful never poses as a percentage.

What counts as a search

Searches are counted once per search you type, so refining filters or scrolling further never inflates the numbers — and searches run from the command palette count too, not just those on the search page. Searches your AI agents run are recorded separately; the human findability numbers deliberately leave them out.
