Schedule reports by email

The client wants the numbers every Monday. Set it once — a spreadsheet arrives by email on schedule, freshly calculated each time, to anyone you name.

Set up a schedule

  1. Choose weekly or monthly, and the window each report covers — the last 7, 30, or 90 days, the same windows the page offers.
  2. Add recipients: teammates, and outside addresses such as a client or agency — up to fifty per schedule. Every outside address must be confirmed in the dialog before it's sent your brand's analytics.
  3. Send. The spreadsheet carries headline numbers, adoption, reuse, search success, top searches, and the searches that found nothing.

Tip: each report is a fresh calculation at send time, never a stored snapshot — and it states its exact window on the second line, so two copies that differ are both right for their moment. Each member gets the report email in their own language; the report file itself, and everything sent to outside addresses, is in English.

Keep it honest, keep it tidy

Outside recipients get an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing quietly stops their copy without disturbing the schedule. Pause, resume, or delete a schedule anytime; reports already sent stay in people's inboxes. A schedule that fails three times running pauses itself and tells whoever set it up — and if that person loses permission to send reports, the schedule pauses and says why. A brand can keep up to ten running at once.
