Measure adoption and impact
Did the rebrand land? Did the agency actually use the kit? Adoption answers with people, not page views — and compares before and after any date you name.
Who's using it
- Team adoption shows active members against total members for the period — counting people, not AI agents.
- Engagement by group breaks that out by team, department, or agency, so you can see who really uses the brand.
- Self-serve share tells you what portion of downloads people took themselves instead of asking an admin — the number that says whether the library is doing its job.
Before and after
Compare the weeks before and after any date — a launch, a rebrand, a big import — side by side. Moments worth comparing are suggested for you: brand created, guideline published, campaign start, large import. If there isn't enough history before the date you picked, the comparison says so rather than showing a misleading zero.
Where work stalls
The Workflow tab shows typical and slowest-ten-percent completion times for reviews, selection rounds, and campaigns; Approved first time is the share of finished reviews approved without a single change request; Stalled reviews counts the ones past their deadline or waiting unusually long, so you can go unblock them. The Governance tab flags licences expiring within thirty days whose assets are still being downloaded — and names who took them (anonymous downloads count toward the total but are never attached to a name).
