Attach assets
A campaign's assets are references to the real files — attach from the library or upload straight in, and the campaign always uses what's actually approved.
Three ways in
- Add from Drive or Media. The file picker attaches chosen files to the campaign — they don't move or copy; the campaign points at the same file everyone else sees.
- Upload straight in. The whole Assets tab is a drop zone. Direct uploads land in the campaign's own folder under the Campaign inbox in Drive, so nothing lives outside the library.
- Arrive from a selection. Campaigns created from a Selects round come with the winners already attached.
Batches are honest about skips: files already attached, missing, duplicated in the batch, or not media are left out and the toast says exactly how many were added and skipped. Removing an asset detaches it from the campaign only — the file stays in the library.
Give each asset its channel context
Double-clicking an attached asset opens Channel context: which channel this attachment serves, plus per-channel, per-language overrides for title and caption — the same photo can carry different copy on Instagram and on your website. The panel also shows the file's provenance (how it was made — human, AI, stock) and, where disclosure is required, whether it's verified.
Trust the tiles
Asset tiles carry a review-verdict chip rolled up from every review the campaign's live deliverables point at — the most urgent verdict wins, so a rejected asset can't hide behind an approved one. And everywhere else in the platform, opening a file shows "Used in campaigns" — so nobody edits or deletes a file without seeing what launch depends on it. While a campaign is in Planning or Live, those source files are locked against rename, move, and delete platform-wide.
