Campaign performance

The Performance tab answers “what did this campaign actually do?” — with numbers collected from the platforms themselves, and the math shown on every one.

Read the rollup

The tab opens on campaign totals across everything published. Only numbers that can honestly be added are summed — views, likes, comments, shares, saves; audience metrics that de-duplicate people are shown per channel instead of pretending to add up. Each connected channel shows its follower count with the change since the last capture.

Walk the ledger

Posts group under their deliverables: status, language, when it published, an excerpt, and its metric curve. Clicking any number opens the math: the platform's own name for the metric, when it was collected, and the note that counts come from the platform. "Collecting metrics…" appears only while another capture can still happen — a post that never went live, or whose collection window ended, says so instead.

How collection works

Metrics are pulled on a decaying schedule — hourly for the first day, every six hours to day 7, daily to day 30, weekly to day 90, then collection ends. If a channel's connection lacks the insights permission, the tab says exactly that, with a reconnect pointer. If the platform reports a post deleted, the record closes as "Removed on {channel}" — never left rendering as a live link.

Take the record with you

Export record downloads the whole campaign record — details, deliverables, the complete publishing ledger with actor names, and the metrics — as CSV or JSON, available to anyone who can open the campaign. It's the artifact for the client report and the audit alike. Deleted deliverables never vanish from it: their posts stay in the ledger under their historical name, marked removed.
