Connect your channels
Channels are the places your brand publishes. Every brand starts with ten; connecting a social account upgrades a channel from a label into a place Branduals can publish for you.
Shape the channel list
Settings → Channels comes seeded with the usual places — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, X, Email, Website, Print — and you can add your own. Drag them into order, rename per language, add an account handle, hide the ones you don't use (built-ins hide, never delete), and remove custom ones that were never used. Campaigns pick from this list, and every deliverable can point at one.
Connect an account
- Choose Connect on a connectable channel — Facebook and Instagram today, more as they arrive.
- Sign in on the platform's own window. Branduals never sees your password — the platform hands over a scoped permission instead.
- Pick the account this channel publishes to — the Facebook Page or Instagram account.
A connection belongs to the brand, not to the person who made it — if they later leave, publishing keeps working. The connection reads Connected or Needs attention; if the platform ever reports the link dead, everyone who manages brand settings is notified.
Disconnect anytime
Disconnecting erases the stored credentials immediately and tells you what stops working. It's deliberately a confirmed, unhurried action — and it never reaches into the platform to revoke anything else you've connected elsewhere.
Tip: hiding a channel doesn't cancel its scheduled posts — they wait, and resume when the channel is shown again. Cancelling is always explicit, never a side effect.
