Plan a campaign
A campaign is the home base for one piece of marketing work: the brief, the dates, the budget, the team, and — before you launch — a straight answer to “will this actually work?”
Create it
- Choose New campaign. Name it (per language), add a one-line summary, and pick an objective — Awareness, Engagement, Conversion, Launch, Brand, or Other.
- Pick the channels this campaign will publish to, and set the start and end dates.
- Create. The card appears in the list immediately; the campaign starts as a Draft.
Tip: coming out of a Selects round? "Create campaign from selection" pre-wires the campaign to the round and pulls the winning assets in — the card carries a "From selection" link back to the vote.
Write the brief
The brief is a rich-text block on the Overview tab, edited in place and written per content language — a Czech and an English brief are each their own text. Budget and currency live in Edit campaign, alongside the dates.
Move it through its life
Campaigns go Draft → Planning → Live → Completed, with Archived at the end of the road. Each step opens a small dialog that tells you the consequence before you commit — completing a campaign warns about deliverables still open, and says plainly when queued posts will be cancelled. You can also drag cards between columns in the Board view; the moves that need a date or a confirmation stay in the workspace on purpose.
One thing locks: while a campaign is in Planning or Live, the source files behind its attached assets are protected platform-wide — nobody can rename, move, or delete them out from under the launch.
Bring in the team
Everyone on a campaign holds one role: Owner (exactly one — can archive, delete, and hand over), Editor (brief, lifecycle, assets, channels), Contributor (adds deliverables and assets, edits their own), Observer (read-only). "Make owner" transfers the campaign — the previous owner steps down to Editor, so a campaign is never ownerless.
Know it's launch-ready
The readiness check answers "will my posts actually go out?" before anyone opens a composer: it runs the same eight pre-flight checks publishing uses — across every planned post — and rolls the answer up into a chip next to the campaign's status: Ready, N blocking, or N to resolve. The Overview band expands into the full checklist, names each post that needs attention, and stamps when it last checked. Activating shows a fresh preview of the same checklist right in the confirmation dialog.
