Deliverables

Deliverables are the pieces of work a campaign produces — each one typed, assigned, dated, reviewable, and ready to carry its own post copy all the way to publishing.

Build the worklist

  1. Type what needs to be made in the input at the bottom of the Deliverables tab and add it. Contributors and above can add.
  2. Give it a shape. A type (Asset, Post, Email, Page, or Custom), a priority, a due date, and an assignee — all editable right on the row, with one-click chips for whatever's not set yet.
  3. Track it by status. To do → In progress → Done, plus Skipped for work you deliberately dropped but want on the record. Any status can move to any other — there's no forced sequence.

Rows group by status with counts; overdue rows show their due date in red. The deliverable's description is written per content language, like everything else here.

Link the assets

A deliverable points at the campaign assets it's made of, chosen with a multi-select from the campaign's attachments — thumbnails render on the row and in the detail panel. Deliverables can also point at one of the campaign's channels, which is what later makes them publishable.

Send it to review

A deliverable with linked assets goes to the Reviews module through the standard send-to-review dialog — approval is never set by hand in Campaigns; it's always the review's own verdict, carried back. The row shows one review chip that links into the review; from round 2 on, the round number rides beside it, and if the linked assets changed after the approval, a drift warning says the approval covers an older version. When the review comes back approved, a one-click "Mark as done" nudge appears.

Write the post copy once

Each deliverable holds reusable post text per language, edited in its detail panel. When the deliverable publishes (see Publish to social), the composer reads this draft — so the copy your reviewers saw is the copy that ships.

Tip: deleting or skipping a deliverable cancels any posts still queued under it — and everyone involved gets one notification saying why. Nothing goes out for work you dropped.
