Organize galleries

Galleries are how the library stays browsable at a thousand assets: nest them by theme, feature the assets people reach for, and flatten the whole tree when you need to see everything.

Structure the library

1. Create galleries by how people look for things — "Logos", "Product photos", "Events" beat "Misc 2026".
2. Nest where it helps. Sub-galleries keep big themes tidy ("Events" → per-event galleries).
3. Feature the essentials. Featured assets surface first — the logo everyone needs shouldn't be on page three.
4. Browse deep when needed. The include-subfolders toggle flattens a gallery and everything under it into one view.

Tip: moving an asset between galleries never breaks anything that references it — collections and articles point at the file, not its address.
