Versions & history

Replace a file as often as you like — nothing is lost. Every asset carries its versions and its story, and any past state is one click from being current again.

Browse and promote versions

1. Open the asset's preview and its Info panel.
2. Open the Versions tab. Every upload is there, numbered in order — v1 is the original, the newest is current.
3. Open any version to see exactly what it was.
4. Promote to bring one back. Promoting an old version makes it current again — as a new version, so even the rollback is part of the story. No re-upload, nothing deleted.

Tip: versions appear when a file has more than one — a freshly uploaded asset doesn't show the tab until its first replacement.

Read the story

The History section is the asset's diary: created, renamed, replaced, moved, published — who did it and when, grouped by action. It's how "wait, what happened to this file?" gets a real answer.

See the whole brand as it was

Versions answer "what did this file look like?"; time travel answers it for everything at once. From any history entry you can view the entire brand exactly as it stood at that moment — galleries, guidelines, all of it. It's the platform's deepest trick, and media is where you'll use it most.
