Upload assets

Drag files into a gallery and keep working — uploads run in batches, previews generate on their own, and every file starts its history the moment it lands.

Upload a batch

1. Open the gallery the assets belong in — or create a new one first.
2. Drag the files in (or use the add action and pick them). Batches are fine.
3. Watch the processing states. Each file shows its progress; previews appear as they're ready.
4. Done is automatic. There's no publish step for the team — teammates with access see assets as they finish.

Tip: uploading a file with the same name doesn't overwrite anything — replacing an existing asset creates a new version and keeps the old one (see Versions & history).
