Share the decision record

“Who approved this?” gets a permanent answer. Every finished review — approved, changes requested, rejected, or cancelled — has a record you can download, or hand to anyone as a link.

1. Open a closed review and choose the record download — CSV for people, JSON for tools, in the language you choose.
2. Everything is in there: every round, who decided what and when, on which version — including decisions that were later revised, marked as such — and items removed along the way.
3. On every plan. The decision record is deliberately available to every brand, whatever you pay.

Or hand it over as a link

Mint a link to the decision record that anyone can open — no account, no sign-in — and protect it with a password and an expiry date if it's leaving the building. Anyone holding the link can save the record as a PDF straight from their browser. Every opening is logged, so you can see the link was used; revoke it whenever you want. A shared record shows items, deciders, times, and rounds — the discussion comments are never included.

Tip: record links live with your other share links, so you can review and revoke them all in one place. Reopen a review and its links go quiet until it closes again — a record never shows a decision that's back in play.

Who can mint one

Only the person who submitted the review, or a reviews administrator — the record is the submitter's to hand out, not anyone's to leak.
