Run another round

Changes requested isn't a dead end — it's the start of round two. Fix the work, reopen, and every reviewer decides again on the new version, while each round keeps its own frozen copy of what was seen.

Revise and resubmit

1. See what needs replacing. When changes are requested, the review lists exactly which items to replace and offers to start the next round.
2. Upload the new versions without leaving the review. If you can't upload a new version yourself, the review tells you to ask someone who can.
3. Reopen as a fresh round. Every reviewer is asked to decide again on the new version — except items already approved, which stay settled.

Every round remembers itself

Each round freezes its own version of the assets, so each round's decisions point at what was actually seen — never at what the file later became. Items that changed since the previous round get a Changed chip that opens a before-and-after comparison, and from round two on, the review header shows which round you're in. The activity panel tells the story round by round, including items that were removed along the way.

Tip: even after a review closes, a quiet note flags any item that changed since the decision was made — approval drift never goes unnoticed.
