Start a review
Anyone on the team can ask for sign-off — files, galleries, or articles — and every decision lands in one kept record. No separate permission to hand out, no approval spreadsheet on the side.
Create it
- Pick what's being reviewed. Upload files, choose them from Drive or Media, or just drag them onto the review. Start as a draft if you're still gathering — submit when it's ready.
- Pick who decides. Reviewers' decisions count; observers can look and comment but never decide. Sharing a review with someone quietly adds them as an observer.
- Pick the rule. Any one approval is enough, or everyone has to approve — and one decision for the whole review, or a decision on each item. The decision style is fixed once the review starts.
- Set the pace. An optional due date up to ninety days out, and a priority — Normal, High, or Urgent — so reviewers see how much it matters.
Tip: the title and message are written per content language, so a bilingual team reads the ask in their own words.
Or send work straight in
Reviews is the middle of the workflow, and the neighbors feed it directly: a finished selection's winning items go to review in one gesture (the review inherits the selection's name), and a campaign deliverable sends to review the same way — its approval state then comes back from the review itself, never typed in by hand.
Change it while it runs
Reviews aren't frozen at send: edit the title, message, approval rule, due date, or priority, and add or remove reviewers and items mid-flight — reviewers see the change straight away. If removing a reviewer or item would close the review on the spot, you're told before it happens.
